Introducing our new Executive Director

We are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2026, Ms. Cauchie C. Garcia will serve as the Executive Director of the Peace and Equity Foundation (PEF).

Currently serving as PEF’s Deputy Executive Director, Ms. Garcia has played a key role in advancing the Foundation’s social enterprise agenda, strengthening organizational operations, and helping guide PEF through important periods of growth and transition.

As PEF marks its 25th year, we look forward to this new chapter under Ms. Garcia’s leadership and remain committed to pursuing innovative and inclusive pathways to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
