AREAS AND PROGRAMS

 

Senior Credit Specialist – The Senior Credit Specialist provides support in maintaining the overall credit quality of
the loans or advances to partners. Major functions include assessing the soundness of
proposed loan transactions, formulating appropriate credit terms for the partners, and
undertaking remedial measures for delinquent accounts.

Senior Program Officer for Collaboration – The Senior Program Officer for Collaboration will facilitate collective impact within the area by ensuring that collaborative systems (i.e., framework, networks, and spaces) are harnessed and in place. PEF agenda shall be aligned to and shared by relevant stakeholders both institutionally and locally. With this, collaborations will occur across sectors (i.e., economic and non-economic), both informally (tactical) and formally (strategically). Financial and technical support to each of the identified components of the collab system relevant to the area plans and the institutional development agenda can be extended to the appropriate partner/s. This shall enable stakeholders to attain common goals and share resources aimed at the improvement and resiliency of vulnerable households on a sustained basis.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

 

Internal Audit Officer – The Internal Audit Officer provides an independent appraisal on the adequacy and effectiveness of PEF’s internal control system, risk management, and governance processes to achieve the Foundation’s vision, mission, objectives, mitigate risks and improve operations.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Human Resource Officer – The Human Resource Officer is responsible for (1) manpower complement; (2) competency development; (3) performance management (4) compensation and benefits; and (5) employee relations of PEF, its subsidiaries and donor-funded projects. The HR Officer assists the manager in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are established and complied with.
