Sipat: Profit for Non-Profit

Sipat is a commemorative book chronicling the two decades of PEF’s experience, lessons, and direction as it has worked to contribute to the fight against poverty since its founding in 2001.

The book’s title is more commonly known in PEF as the acronym of its core values. These instilled values have driven us to continue setting our sights on our vision. Thus, it relates to the Tagalog meaning of the word: an act of sighting or aiming.
