Communications Officer – The Communications Officer leads the Foundation’s communications work, translating its programs, knowledge, and impact into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

The role develops and implements communications across digital platforms, media, campaigns, publications, and events to support the Foundation’s programs, partnerships, resource mobilization, and institutional priorities. It combines communications planning, content development, and audience engagement to ensure that the Foundation’s work is clearly and consistently communicated to its audiences.

PEACE AND EQUITY HOLDINGS

Financial Analyst – The Financial Analyst researches potential investee fundamentals to make business, sector, and industry recommendations. He/ she can also recommend a course of action for investment. The analyst must be aware of current developments in the focus industries (agriculture and basic services), as well as, prepare financial models to predict future economic conditions for any number of variables.

Program Manager for the Coastal Community-Led Innovation Fund Facility – The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, design execution, and performance of the Coastal Community-Led Innovation Fund Facility (CCLIFF). The role oversees a competitive, multi-region grant facility that provides catalytic financing and technical assistance to fisherfolk and coastal community-based organizations.

Finance Specialist – The  Finance Specialist will maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records of a fund facility that administers competitive loans and grants to fisherfolk organizations and cooperatives. The role supports transparent and compliant fund management in accordance with PEF financial policies and ensures accountability to donors, partners, and community grantees.
