Communications Officer – The Communications Officer leads the Foundation’s communications work, translating its programs, knowledge, and impact into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

The role develops and implements communications across digital platforms, media, campaigns, publications, and events to support the Foundation’s programs, partnerships, resource mobilization, and institutional priorities. It combines communications planning, content development, and audience engagement to ensure that the Foundation’s work is clearly and consistently communicated to its audiences.

Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – The Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer  leads the Foundation’s institutional monitoring and evaluation (M&E) function to strengthen organizational performance, accountability, learning, and evidence-based decision-making.

The role develops and manages results-based monitoring and evaluation systems, frameworks, tools, and processes; analyzes organizational and program data to generate performance insights; and supports evaluations and learning.

OPERATIONS TEAM

Area Officer for Luzon – The Area Officer leads the implementation of the Foundation’s Area Development Strategy within an assigned area, including approved enterprise development, institution-building, strategic partnership, and other program interventions. The position manages the corresponding area portfolio, monitors the implementation and performance of the Area Development Plan, and oversees assigned loans, grants, and donor-funded projects throughout the Project Development, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PDIME) cycle.

Senior Credit Specialist – The Senior Credit Specialist provides technical leadership in managing the Foundation’s development financing portfolio by ensuring sound credit evaluation, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and credit risk management to support the Foundation’s Social Enterprise Strategy.

Technical Officer – The Technical Officer provides technical support to the Operations Group on results-based monitoring and evaluation, performance analysis, planning support, and operational information systems. The position operationalizes the Foundation’s Results-Based Management/Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks, standards, indicators, protocols, and reporting requirements within the Operations Group and provides timely, reliable, and evidence-based information to support management oversight and decision-making.
