The Peace and Equity Foundation seeks qualified individuals with keen interest in development work to fill up the following positions:

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Internal Audit Officer - provides an independent appraisal activity on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system, risk management, and governance processes to achieve the Foundation’s vision, mission, objectives, mitigate risks and improve operations.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Human Resource Officer - is responsible for (1) manpower complement; (2) competency development; (3) performance management (4) compensation and benefits; and (5) employee relations of PEF, its subsidiaries and donor-funded projects.

AREAS AND PROGRAMS

Operations Manager/Deputy Executive Director - provides leadership to the Operations unit and supports the Executive Director in the various affairs of the Foundation.

Senior Credit Specialist - provides support in maintaining the overall credit quality of the loans or advances to partners.

Program Officer for Institution Building - provides support to partners on organizational development such as: effective board governance, financial management and controls,  monitoring and management reporting, management and staff competency development, and risk management.   

Program Officer for Enterprise Development - provides support to partners on SE business/ Basic social services to enable them to improve delivery of services and business performance.

Area Officer - is the overall in-charge in the development of the identified community/ area.
