To carry out our Strategic Directions 2016-2020, PEF seeks qualified individuals with keen interest in development work; partnerships with social entrepreneurs and organizations with working business models,; mentors who are eager to share their expertise; and impact investors who are keen to work with us in building sustainable communities.

One of the components of PEF’s institutional monitoring & evaluation system is the development of a management information system that will produce meaningful and useful information to monitor progress, measure performance, detect trends, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions and take corrective action.

PEF seeks to engage with a vendor or vendors who can provide either software package or customized solutions for all or any of the three major systems: (1) Project Information System and (2) Knowledge Management System (with a sub-module on Document Management), for proceeding to Solutions Search Stage and (3) the Resource Planning System (FACT Software) for solutions upgrading and integration.

We are currently seeking candidates with experience and keen interest to fill up the following positions:

Partners and Programs - manages social enterprise financing and investments, and development packages. 

Social Enterprise Institute - takes charge of nurturing and scaling up social enterprises through the provision of a formal incubation and acceleration program.

Internal Control and Audit - ensures that established policies and procedures are complied with in the major areas of operations of the Foundation, its subsidiaries, and project partners.
